Things people ask.
Do you take a commission on bookings?
No. The £49 + VAT per month is the only money that changes hands. Customers click through to your site at your published price and book on your booking engine. We don't sit between you and the booking.
What if you have an affiliate relationship with us already?
If you run an affiliate programme on Awin, CJ, FlexOffers, Impact, Partnerize or directly, we'll route the existing CTA through your tracking link — at the rate you set with the network. The customer's price doesn't change. Whether you claim editorial control or not is a separate decision.
Why claim if my listings already appear?
Three things you can't get on a free listing: a Verified chip on every card and the holiday hero, priority placement above unclaimed operators on activity hubs / regions / countries / similar-listings strips, and editorial control of copy, photos, dates and 'from' prices. You also see click-through stats so you can measure what Mooch sends you.
What can I edit?
Description, hero image and gallery, season windows, 'from' price, duration, and the booking URL. The structural fields — slug, primary activity, country and region — stay editorial. If a tour is retired, mark it hidden from your dashboard.
How long does verification take?
Same day in most cases. We send a magic link to a domain-matching email address. If your domain doesn't have public contact addresses we ask for a one-line verification on your site or letterhead. Two working days at most.
Is it a contract?
No. Month-to-month, cancel any time from the dashboard. You stop being charged from the next billing date. Your listings revert to the free tier; nothing is removed.
Can I claim multiple operator brands?
Yes. Each operator has its own subscription. If you run a holding company with three brands, that's three subscriptions — and three sets of editorial controls. Get in touch if you'd like a multi-brand discount.
What if I'd rather just be removed?
Read the operator-relations page. Removal is free, takes two working days, and we don't ask for a reason.
