Mooch Travel is a curated directory of slow-travel holidays — walking, cycling, canal-boat, rail, and food trips — from specialist operators we've picked by hand. We don't take bookings, charge commission, or middleman the transaction. Every listing's primary CTA links direct to the operator's own booking page at their full standard price.

Where we have an affiliate relationship with an operator (via Awin, CJ, FlexOffers, GetYourGuide, or direct), the outbound link is wrapped with that network's tracking so the booking is attributed and a referral commission is paid by the operator at the rate they set with the network. It does not change the price the customer pays.

Listings are written from the operator's public site: destinations, route distances, lock counts, durations, "from" prices, and hero images. Descriptions are paraphrased into a consistent editorial voice — they are not verbatim copy.

We aim to send qualified traffic back to the operator. The assumption is that featuring on Mooch is something most operators will welcome. If yours is the exception, the controls below give you options.

If you're the operator behind a trip we've listed and want editorial control of how it appears — copy, photos, dates, season windows, "from" price — claim it. We verify ownership (a quick email exchange from a domain-matching address), then hand over the keys.

Listings are free; editorial control is a £49 + VAT per month subscription. No booking commission, no per-booking fee — only the flat monthly subscription. You stay in charge of your bookings.

If you run an affiliate programme on Awin, CJ, FlexOffers, Impact, Partnerize, or directly, tell us which network and your advertiser/MID. We'll route the existing CTA through your tracking link — no code change on your side, no "new placement" to approve, just attribution on traffic that's already going to you.

If you'd prefer not to be listed at all, email hello@moochtravel.com from a domain-matching address with the operator name and we'll remove every listing of yours from the directory within two working days. We don't ask for a reason and we don't push back.

If you'd like specific listings removed but not all of them (e.g. trips that have been retired), include the URLs.

Spot something wrong — out-of-date price, retired tour, wrong grade, wrong country, broken booking link? Send the URL and the correction to hello@moochtravel.com. Same two-working-day commitment.

We hot-link hero images directly from operator CDNs rather than mirroring them. If you'd prefer we use a different image, send a URL to the preferred shot. If you'd prefer we don't display any operator-supplied imagery, we'll switch to a generic activity placeholder.

Every email above is read by a person, not an autoresponder. We commit to responding within two working days for removal requests and corrections. Affiliate-tracking switch-ons typically land same day if the network is one we're already on.
